How to track your order
- Check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking link.
- If you created an account, go to My Account to view order status and tracking.
- If you cannot find the email, contact us at support@matrixtech.store with your order number.
Status definitions
- Processing: your order is being prepared for shipment.
- Shipped: the carrier has your package and tracking is active.
- Out for delivery: arriving today.
- Delivered: carrier confirmed delivery at the address.
Having trouble with tracking updates or delivery scans? Email us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
