Coverage

• Standard warranty: 12 months from delivery on most products for defects in materials and workmanship.
• Extended coverage: select items include 24 months of coverage (see product page).
• What is covered: manufacturing defects under normal use.
• What is not covered: accidental damage, cosmetic wear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, liquid damage unless explicitly stated.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Email support@matrixtech.store with your order number, product name, and a brief issue description.
2. Attach photos or a short video if possible.
3. We will provide troubleshooting, next steps, or an RMA if applicable.

Remedies

• At our discretion: repair, replacement with same or comparable model, or refund if a replacement is unavailable.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
